To provide you with optimal care, it's essential that the travel distance between your residence and our practice is no more than fifteen minutes. In case of emergencies, we need to reach your home promptly. We can register you if you reside in one of the following postal codes: 5911, 5912, 5913, 5914, 5915, and 5916.
Chronic Care (currently unavailable)
Are you currently receiving care from a practice nurse for a chronic condition such as diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)? Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, our model doesn't yet accommodate the care you require. We're actively working on a solution! If you're uncertain whether this applies to you, please schedule a callback appointment with our assistant to discuss this further.
